Definition

Systemically Oppressed Minorities : Groups of people who experience systematic discrimination due to their race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, religion, or other protected characteristic.

Prohibited Uses

The use of intri.cat services is prohibited for:

• The distribution, indexing, and storage of all illicit pornographic content, such as: child pornography, sexual violence, sexual exploitation, non-consensual distribution of intimate content (revenge porn), and any other pornographic content that violates local, national, or international laws.
• The distribution, indexing, and storage of all pornographic content (including legal pornography).
• The distribution, indexing, and storage of content associated with the far-right and fascism, for the purposes of pro-far-right, pro-fascist, or confusionist propaganda. Such content is allowed for documentation and combating these ideas. Examples of prohibited content (non-exhaustive): transphobia, racism, sexism, ableism, anti-Semitism, and any form of discrimination against systemically oppressed minorities.
• The distribution, indexing, and storage of content inciting violence against systemically oppressed minorities, or individuals, associations, or organizations advocating for social and environmental justice.
• The distribution, indexing, and storage of content revealing personal and/or sensitive information about individuals, associations, or organizations working for social and environmental justice.
• Any practice of online harassment or online violence against other users.
• The distribution, indexing, and storage of content related to drug trafficking.
• The distribution of spam.

Consequences

Users who violate these terms of use will have their account closed, and inappropriate content will be removed.
